What Ch3ss stores
Ch3ss stores your game positions, move history, cosmetic selections, and app settings so games can continue across launches. When iCloud is enabled, saved games may sync through your private iCloud database so they are available on your devices.
Game Center
Online matches use Apple Game Center. Ch3ss uses your Game Center player identifier and gameplay information to authenticate you, match opponents, synchronize moves, record match results, and display Game Center features. Apple processes Game Center information under its own privacy policy.
Purchases
Optional cosmetic purchases use Apple StoreKit. Ch3ss checks Apple-provided purchase entitlements to unlock your purchases. The developer does not receive your payment-card details.
Camera and augmented reality
Camera access is used to find a surface and place the augmented-reality board. Ch3ss does not record or upload camera images or video.
No advertising or tracking
Ch3ss contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking. Ch3ss does not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can manage camera, Game Center, and iCloud access in Apple Settings. Deleting Ch3ss removes its local data; data synchronized through iCloud can be managed from your iCloud storage settings.
