Help with Ch3ss for iPhone and iPad
Place the AR board
Allow camera access, point your device at a well-lit flat surface, and move it slowly until Ch3ss detects the surface. Camera access can be changed later in Settings.
Play online
Online matchmaking requires Game Center. Confirm that you are signed in under Settings → Game Center, then open Ch3ss and start an online game again.
Restore purchases
Open the Ch3ss skin store and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Saved games
Saved games are kept locally and may sync through your private iCloud database. Check iCloud access and available storage if a game does not appear on another device.
Report a problem
Open a ticket in the public Ch3ss support tracker. Include your device model, iOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not include private account information.
